Leading global law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate for its Miami office. The role offers significant client contact and substantive responsibility within a collaborative, team-based practice.

Work will focus on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and secured financings. The team advises on complex transactional work for institutional and corporate clients.

3–6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and/or real estate secured financings
Strong drafting, negotiating and transactional skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client relationships
Solid academic background and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
