Join a national real estate practice in the Miami office supporting a broad transactional docket for local, regional and national clients. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing and development work.

The position offers significant transactional responsibility and client contact, with hands-on mentorship from senior real estate lawyers and exposure to business development and client relationship work. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development)
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial real estate contracts
Strong academic credentials, writing skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and ability to manage a busy transactional workload
Prior experience at a regional or national law firm
Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
