Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Houston office. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to work with diverse clients across multiple industries nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate matters, with experience representing borrowers and developers in acquisition, sale, and financing transactions involving real estate and other collateral considered a plus. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar and be willing to work in the Houston office on a regular basis.

4–6 years of real estate experience
Experience representing borrowers and developers in acquisitions, sales, and financing (preferred)
Excellent academic credentials
Strong communication and client service skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Admission to the Texas Bar
Willingness to work in the Houston office regularly
