Top-tier law firm seeking a Real Estate Finance associate to join its Miami office. The role focuses on commercial real estate debt transactions across mortgage and mezzanine financings, preferred equity, permanent and bridge loans, construction financings, loan syndications and participations, co-lender and intercreditor arrangements, and related workouts and restructurings.

The team represents lenders, sponsors and other market participants on complex financing matters. The position is suited to candidates with strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and deal-management skills, and a demonstrated track record on substantive real estate finance matters.

Competitive compensation and benefits are offered; the hiring salary range for this role is listed at $260,000–$420,000.

3–7 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate finance at a leading law firm
Substantive experience with mortgage and mezzanine financings, construction loans, loan participations/syndications and intercreditor/co-lender documentation
Experience handling workouts and restructurings preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills
J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
