A highly regarded law firm is seeking a motivated real estate leasing attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group in the Phoenix office. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced real estate attorneys on a broad range of challenging and complex matters, including real estate development, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.

4+ years of real estate experience with a significant focus on shopping centers, retail development, restaurant leasing, and mixed-use projects; industrial/warehouse and office leasing experience also welcome.
Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, reciprocal easement agreements (REAs), declarations, prohibited and exclusive use restrictions, and other real estate due diligence materials in connection with acquisitions/dispositions, development projects, and leasing transactions.
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related real estate agreements, including amendments, license agreements, estoppel certificates, and subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreements.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, assume significant responsibility, and manage leasing and due diligence matters in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to take client-specific direction and deliver usable work product efficiently and effectively.
Excellent academic credentials, oral and written communication skills, and references.
Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which the candidate is located or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible.
