Apply in confidence →Our national Real Estate team is seeking a Solicitor to join our Sydney office.
This role sits within one of Australia's leading real estate practices and offers the opportunity to work across complex, high-value transactions for major Australian clients. You will be located in Sydney and work closely with two Sydney-based Senior Associates as part of our integrated national team.
You will advise on a broad range of real estate matters spanning acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development projects, capital transactions and real estate aspects of major corporate, energy transition and infrastructure deals.

What you'll do
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
- Support acquisitions, disposals, developments and leasing transactions
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Conduct due diligence and manage transaction processes
- Work closely with colleagues across our national Real Estate team and other teams across the firm
- Develop direct client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

- 2–4 years' PQE in a reputable real estate practice
- Experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, and development work
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills
- Commercial acumen and a solutions-focused approach
- Ability to build and maintain trusted client and colleague relationships
- Genuine interest in the real estate sector
