Experienced employment lawyer sought for a busy German practice with roles available across multiple offices. The team advises on individual and collective labour law matters, contentious employment litigation and transactional HR aspects.

The role involves advising domestic and international employers and employees, drafting agreements and policies, and representing clients before labour courts and in collective bargaining or restructuring matters. Positions are open in several German offices.

• Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) with relevant employment law experience
• Proven advisory and/or litigation experience in labour & employment law
• Strong drafting and client-facing skills; comfortable advising on collective and individual employment matters
• Fluent German (written and spoken); English proficiency for cross-border work
