Join a focused Private Equity team advising national and international financial investors and their portfolio companies on demanding transactions. The practice combines deep transactional experience with strong commercial judgment and a clear sense of what moves a deal forward.

You will work directly with experienced partners, take responsibility for significant parts of a transaction, and interact directly with clients. At the same time, you will have the freedom to contribute your own ideas, help develop client relationships, and actively shape the further growth of the practice.

The role is open across the firm's German offices, offering the chance to build on your transactional experience and deepen your expertise in Private Equity within a collegial team with short decision-making paths.

Above-average examination results and a strong commercial understanding of and interest in the business background of a transaction
At least three years of professional experience advising on corporate transactions, ideally with exposure to private equity transactions
Practical experience conducting due diligence reviews and drafting transaction agreements
Very good written and spoken English for work on international mandates
Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style, with enjoyment of taking on responsibility
Ability to grasp complex issues, set priorities and develop clear, practical solutions
Entrepreneurial thinking, own initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
