A global firm is seeking an experienced product liability attorney to join its nationally coordinated product liability and toxic tort practice on a fully remote, non-partnership-track basis, with a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours.

The practice defends product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and coordinating counsel across industries that include AI and robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and beverage, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, retail, cosmetics, and technology.

The role offers significant autonomy in case management, meaningful work on multidistrict litigation and coordinated state proceedings, and a collaborative, team-oriented culture supported by robust professional development resources.

At least 6+ years of litigation experience
Background in products liability or commercial litigation (required)
Strong case management skills and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
Experience drafting briefs and correspondence, responding to written discovery, and managing document collection, review, and production
Familiarity with causation and/or failure analysis
Experience with multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Active member of the bar in the state of residence and eligible to practice or waive into a state where the firm has an office
Willingness to work on west coast time if not located in the western U.S.
