Join one of the most recognised restructuring teams on the market, within a leading independent full-service business law firm in Paris. The team has over 20 years' experience and is among the most active in France, with a strong track record on major cross-border industrial restructurings and complex LBO debt restructuring operations.

Working directly with partners, you will advise on preventive and restructuring matters, insolvency proceedings (safeguard, judicial administration, liquidation), and related litigation.

We are looking for a candidate with:

French CAPA qualification
First experience in restructuring within a top-tier law firm
Master 2 in corporate insolvency law, ideally supplemented by a business school, IEP, LLM or DJCE credential
Strong legal rigour, excellent drafting skills, and strong analytical abilities
Good numeracy skills, professional English (written and oral), and a client-service mindset
Implication, autonomy, dynamism, and a team spirit

An experience with a judicial administrator is a plus.
