Apply in confidence →National law firm seeks a lateral partner to help grow its San Diego restructuring practice. The role will focus on both lender-side high-yield/distressed-debt work and debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
The successful candidate will join a cross‑disciplinary team handling complex workouts, Chapter 11 proceedings and out‑of‑court reorganizations for corporate and creditor clients. This is a business‑building role with significant client development expectations.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner with substantial experience in high‑yield/distressed debt and restructuring matters
- Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to transfer admission
- Proven track record of leading Chapter 11 cases, workouts and creditor/debtor representations
