An established Risk & Compliance team is seeking an experienced Risk Lawyer to join a growing, forward-thinking law firm. This role is offered on a fully flexible working basis and can accommodate full or part-time hours, with the opportunity to be based at any of the firm's nationwide offices.

As an integral member of the team, you will manage and support the full lifecycle of partnership office matters, including lateral partner onboarding, integration and retirements, working closely with HR and Finance. You will draft, review and maintain partnership documentation such as the deed of partnership, member agreements, partner terms and ancillary governance documents.

You will also support partner-related regulatory and compliance matters, including practising certificate renewals, professional indemnity notifications and the maintenance of accurate partnership records, while conducting periodic reviews of firm policies and procedures and advising on matters relating to the SRA Standards and Regulations and equivalent requirements of the Law Society of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland.

This is a collaborative role within a team of experienced lawyers and technical specialists who address an extensive range of regulatory and ethical requirements, thinking both commercially and practically to ensure the firm remains compliant and true to its values.

Qualification as a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrable experience in risk management and partnership office or governance matters within a law firm environment
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities within demanding timeframes
Commitment to a collaborative working culture and supporting the development of junior team members
