Securities Partner (Lateral)

We are a boutique law firm with a strong cross-border platform in New York, Washington D.C., Miami and Paris, and a collaborative, merit-based culture. We are seeking a securities partner (or senior counsel) to join our New York office and help build out our securities practice as part of a broader corporate offering.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, go-getting practitioner with a portable book and a track record of origination and growth. Our firm remains intentionally small, which means your work is visible, your contributions are credited, and cross-selling is a natural part of how we operate.

The role is open to individuals or small groups, and we are also interested in more junior candidates with strong profiles, business plans and networks who are ready to make a move. Cultural fit matters: we value work ethic, entrepreneurial drive, and long-term commitment — many of our partners have grown their entire careers here.

• Focus on securities and capital markets work, sitting alongside broader corporate, M&A and project finance matters.

• Compensation is equity-based, with a partnership bonus pool that rewards immediate contribution.
