Join a Chambers Band 1 Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team in Melbourne, working across public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance matters. You will collaborate with partners and lawyers across offices on complex, market-leading transactions for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and internationally.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail. The firm's structure provides access to multiple partners and a variety of work, encouraging lawyers to build a strong foundation while developing a niche.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid and flexible working arrangements supported.

Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice, ideally from a top-tier, national, or international firm; a combination of private practice and in-house experience will also be considered.
Ability to manage smaller matters and elements of larger transactions.
Excellent academics.
Strong desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
