An established international law firm is seeking a (Senior) Associate to join its Employment & Labor practice in Freiburg. The role offers immediate client-facing responsibility and the chance to work on varied, high-quality mandates across both individual and collective employment law.

Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will be involved in client contact from day one and support ongoing advisory engagements tailored to clients of different legal structures, industries and sizes. You will advise and represent employer interests both in and out of court, analyzing complex matters and developing sound, practical strategies.

You will be supported through close technical supervision and mentoring by senior partners, giving you a strong platform to sharpen your professional profile and demonstrate your expertise.

Qualified German lawyer with a strong interest in and focus on employment law
Experience advising on individual and collective employment law matters
Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical, precise solutions
Client-focused mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills
Business-fluent German and good English
