Senior Associate - Corporate & Financial Sponsors

An established corporate practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate and Financial Sponsors group in Melbourne.

The team works on complex corporate transactions for financial sponsor clients, spanning private equity and related finance matters. The role offers regular engagement with sponsors across the full lifecycle of their investments.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer looking to deepen their sponsor-side expertise within a collaborative and well-regarded corporate group.

• Admitted to practice in Australia (or eligible for admission)
• Corporate law experience, ideally with exposure to private equity and/or finance matters
• Strong technical drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage deals and work collaboratively in a team
