Join a nationally recognized Corporate team advising companies and investors from around the world on highly complex cross-border transactions and economically significant matters. You will work alongside experienced colleagues on sophisticated legal questions, with close involvement and direct client contact from the outset.

The practice's core strengths include M&A, public takeovers, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital, restructuring and corporate law measures, corporate governance and board advisory, shareholder meetings, strategic response and activism preparedness, equity and debt capital markets, distressed M&A, and business succession.

The role is open to both entry-level and experienced lawyers, on a full-time or part-time basis. Excellent legal qualifications and very good command of English
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
