Senior- or mid-level associate role in a top-tier German corporate team handling complex, cross-border transactions. You will work on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, public takeovers, and corporate governance matters with regular client contact and responsibility from an early stage.

The team advises both strategic and financial investors on international deals, restructurings and capital markets-related aspects. The role offers close collaboration with experienced colleagues, varied mandate exposure and the possibility of a multi-month overseas secondment.
