Apply in confidence →A US-based senior associate role in a national Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice, open to candidates for the New York, Washington, D.C., or Silicon Valley offices. The team advises on executive compensation and employee benefits matters across transactional and corporate contexts.
Ideal candidates will have substantial experience on executive compensation and benefits issues in M&A, strong ability to design and advise on equity-based programs, and familiarity with securities-disclosure requirements applicable to executive pay. The group values self-starters who can manage multiple matters and run transactions with limited partner oversight.
Applicants must submit a resume/CV; candidates for U.S. lawyer roles should hold a law degree from an ABA-accredited school and be a member of a U.S. bar.
- Significant experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits in M&A transactions
- Proven ability to design and implement equity-based compensation arrangements
- Knowledge of securities disclosure rules applicable to executive compensation
- Track record of managing transactions and working independently with minimal supervision
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited school and U.S. bar admission
- Resume/CV required for application
