A collaborative executive compensation and employee benefits group is seeking a highly qualified senior associate to advise on complex benefits and compensation matters. The role is open across multiple offices and offers the chance to work on sophisticated, high-profile matters in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in executive compensation and benefits matters arising in M&A transactions, be able to design and advise on all forms of equity compensation, and be well-versed in the securities disclosure rules pertaining to executive compensation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable running deals independently with minimal partner supervision while juggling multiple matters.

Significant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits, with a focus on M&A transactions
Ability to design and advise on all forms of equity compensation
Well-versed in securities disclosure rules pertaining to executive compensation
Self-starter capable of independently managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. state bar
