Our Denver office seeks an outstanding Senior Associate to join a dynamic environmental transactions practice. This role offers the opportunity to take a lead role in a sophisticated practice advising on high-profile, high-value transactions across the country and across a range of sectors, including diversified industrials, aerospace and defense, life sciences, and sports and entertainment.

The associate will handle environmental diligence on transactions, prepare diligence reports, draft environmental provisions of M&A agreements, and advise clients on environmental risks and mitigation strategies.

This is a full-time position eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off, with additional potential compensation such as annual and discretionary bonuses and relocation reimbursement.

Five to nine years of environmental transactions experience, preferably at a large law firm
Experience conducting environmental diligence on transactions and preparing diligence reports
Experience drafting environmental provisions of M&A agreements
Ability to advise clients on environmental risks and mitigation strategies
Strong writing, interpersonal skills, and academic credentials
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. bar
