We are seeking a senior-level associate to join a national environmental transactions team based in Denver. The role will take a lead position on environmental due diligence and transaction support for high-value deals across multiple sectors including industrials, aerospace & defense, life sciences, and sports & entertainment.

Day-to-day work includes conducting environmental diligence, preparing diligence reports, drafting environmental provisions for M&A agreements, and advising clients on environmental risk evaluation and mitigation strategies. The team handles sophisticated, cross-jurisdictional matters and offers opportunity for substantive, client-facing responsibility.

The expected base salary range for this role is $365,000 to $420,000 per year; the position is also eligible for performance and discretionary bonuses and firm benefits.

5–9 years of environmental transactions or environmental diligence experience, preferably at a large law firm
Experience conducting environmental due diligence, preparing reports, and drafting environmental provisions in M&A agreements
Strong legal writing and interpersonal skills; excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. bar (or eligibility)
