Senior Associate, Global Disputes — Hong Kong

Leading international firm is seeking a Hong Kong-qualified Senior Associate to join its Global Disputes team in Hong Kong. The role offers substantial exposure to cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration matters across the region.

The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value disputes, collaborating with multi-jurisdictional teams and taking ownership of case workstreams. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who can manage competing priorities, deliver high-quality written and oral advocacy, and engage with clients.

• 6–7 years' post-qualification experience in commercial/general litigation
• Hong Kong qualification required
• Proven experience on cross-border litigation and arbitration matters
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Strong academic background, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and both independently and as part of a team
