Senior associate role in a busy insurance coverage practice based in Miami. The team represents domestic and international insurers in complex coverage disputes and market-conduct (bad faith) matters nationwide, with a focus on commercial general liability, commercial property, E&O and D&O coverage issues.

Day-to-day work includes analysing policy language, drafting coverage opinions and recommendations, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings and discovery, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations. The role offers client-facing litigation work within a globally integrated practice group.

Admission to practice in Florida
5–7 years of litigation experience, preferably with insurance coverage matters
Experience with commercial general liability, commercial property, E&O or D&O coverage issues
Excellent legal research and writing skills; experience using Westlaw/Lexis or similar tools
