Senior associate role within a well-established international investment funds practice based in Luxembourg. The position offers responsibility on a broad range of fund work, advising on fund formation, regulatory matters and transactional matters for institutional and manager clients across multiple jurisdictions.

The role will involve day-to-day client advice, support on contentious matters and investigations related to funds, and close collaboration with corporate and cross-border teams. There are opportunities to supervise junior lawyers, contribute to knowledge-sharing within the practice and participate in business development initiatives.

Minimum 5–6 yearsʼ post-qualification experience in Luxembourg investment funds work.
Qualified to the Luxembourg bar; Master 2 in Law (or equivalent).
Strong technical fund experience (UCITS/AIF/asset management structures and related regulatory/commercial work).
Excellent written and spoken English and French; German is a strong plus.
Commercial mindset, strong communication and teamwork skills; experience supervising junior lawyers.
