Senior Associate — Litigation

Experienced litigation lawyers are invited to join a national litigation team with offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich. The team handles complex, often cross‑border disputes of strategic importance for corporate clients, including mass‑action and high‑value commercial litigation.

The role offers substantive responsibility on international mandates, direct client contact, and opportunities to work on appeals and precedent‑setting cases. Flexible full‑time or part‑time arrangements and the possibility of a multi‑month overseas secondment are available.

• Strong academic legal qualifications and very good English skills
• Experience in complex civil litigation — class/mass‑action defence, appellate work and corporate litigation preferred
• Interest in economic/technical aspects of disputes and willingness to use legal‑tech tools for efficient case preparation
• Team‑oriented, curious, able to take responsibility; LL.M. or PhD desirable
