You will manage cases from inception to settlement or trial, draft pleadings and witness statements, instruct experts and counsel, maintain client contact with sensitivity, and contribute to business development and team mentoring.

UK-qualified solicitor with typically 7+ years' PQE
Demonstrable claimant clinical/medical negligence experience handling complex or high-value claims
Strong drafting, analytical and case-management skills
Proven ability to liaise with experts, counsel and clients and to manage sensitive client relationships
Team player with commitment to quality, client care and mentoring junior staff; strong academic background
