We are seeking an experienced pensions solicitor to join our Edinburgh-based team, working on a broad range of defined benefit and defined contribution pension matters for trustees and employers.

You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team known for its market-leading pensions practice, with experience across group pension arrangements, master trusts, insurance products (including buy-in and buy-out), longevity products, and other structures. Unlike many pensions teams, we also handle pensions litigation in-house, providing clients with comprehensive advice on potentially contentious issues.

You must demonstrate the following:

7+ years of PQE
A strong academic background
Excellent communication skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ambition to succeed, with a commitment to client relationship management and business development
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
An interest in, and enthusiasm for, the pensions market
Relevant experience from a recognised pensions team
