Senior Associate role in a busy Property Disputes team focused on residential leasehold management. You will handle a broad range of landlord & tenant and leasehold matters, including service charge disputes, repossessions/forfeiture, enfranchisement/Right to Manage and related property disputes for private, public and social housing clients.

The role involves supervising junior fee-earners, building relationships across the North-West market, contributing to business development initiatives and supporting departmental performance and compliance processes.

Opportunities exist to work on development-related disputes, rights to light issues, property-related insolvency and, where relevant, commercial landlord & tenant matters.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in residential leasehold/property disputes
Proven experience with complex residential landlord & tenant matters (service charges, forfeiture, enfranchisement, Right to Manage)
Strong technical drafting and advisory skills; ability to manage files in line with firm procedures
Experience supervising and developing junior fee-earners
Commercial awareness, strong written and oral communication, and ability to work to deadlines
Client-facing skills and an interest in business development/marketing
