We are recruiting a Senior Associate to join a successful, national Property Litigation team. This is a full-time position on a hybrid working basis, with the role open across multiple regional offices in the United Kingdom.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property litigator to develop their career as a senior member of a Chambers UK and Legal 500 ranked real estate litigation team. You will manage your own caseload of property litigation matters and provide an excellent service for clients across key sectors, including public sector clients, local authorities and government departments.

You will supervise more junior team members and collaborate with the Partners to manage key client relationships on a national basis, participating in business development initiatives. You will work with the team regionally and nationally to achieve key goals for the property litigation team and the wider firm.

A qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) with 4+ years' PQE and experience handling property litigation matters with minimal supervision
Experience of acting for public sector or telecoms clients would be an advantage but is not essential
A creative, forward thinker with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
A client focused approach with the ability to nurture long-standing relationships
Proven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team members
The drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team
