Join a top-tier Tax & Private Clients team in Frankfurt advising companies, investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on complex domestic and cross-border tax matters. You will work on transactional tax structuring, tax due diligence, reorganisations, tax controversy and succession planning, with exposure to international mandates and interdisciplinary teams.

The role offers direct client contact, hands-on responsibility on mandates, and opportunities to develop specialist expertise across transactional, regulatory and compliance aspects of tax law. Position available full- or part-time; strong internal training and career development are provided.

Law degree or degree in economics; tax advisor qualification (Steuerberater) or strong tax-focus coursework desirable
Excellent written and spoken English; German language proficiency expected for client work in Germany
LL.M. or doctoral degree welcomed but not required
Interest in international tax/transactional work, teamwork, and client-facing responsibility
