Senior Associate Workers' Compensation Perth

Experienced workers' compensation lawyer sought for a senior role within a large, well-resourced Insurance team in Perth. This is a hands-on role advising and representing defendants on a broad range of workers' compensation matters, with strong opportunities for technical development and career progression.

The team supports hybrid and flexible working, provides WFH equipment and reimbursement, and offers structured learning, rewards programs and flexible leave (including extended parental leave). The role will involve working with a wide range of insurer clients and collaborating across a multi-jurisdictional insurance practice.

• Minimum 5+ years post-admission experience in workers' compensation law.
• Defendant-side experience preferred; plaintiff-side candidates with a strong interest in moving to defendant work will be considered.
• Clear, concise legal drafting and advocacy skills.
