A leading international law firm is seeking a senior-level associate (7–9 years of experience) to join its Chambers-ranked product liability team, defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance. The role carries a particular emphasis on the aviation and transportation industry sectors.

This position is open across multiple U.S. offices and offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most challenging matters for blue-chip companies worldwide. The team is a tight-knit group committed to excellent client service, critical thinking, collegiality, and mentorship.

Candidates with a strong interest in the field of aviation, and/or a technical background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences, are especially encouraged to apply.

7–9 years of litigation experience, with a focus on complex product liability matters
Excellent writing skills, demonstrated through a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication
Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, experts, and trial
Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight
Superior academic credentials and references
Commitment to excellent client service and a client-centered practice
Comfort analyzing complex legal issues, such as jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues
Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, strongly preferred
