Senior Corporate Lawyer (M&A)

Our Valenciennes office is seeking a senior corporate lawyer (qualified in France) to join a multidisciplinary team recognized for its practice. In this role, you will advise clients and assist them in their day-to-day corporate law matters, as well as on investment, external growth, and restructuring transactions.

This position is also open to candidates recognized as disabled workers.

• CAPA (French bar certificate) required
• DJCE or Master 2 in business law / corporate law
• At least 4 years of successful experience in a law firm within corporate law
• Autonomy, rigor, and ability to handle complex assignments
• Open-minded, strong interpersonal skills, agility, and team spirit
• Curiosity, adaptability, and client satisfaction mindset
• Solid legal training, analytical and synthesis skills
