We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate to join our global Corporate and M&A practice in Hong Kong. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work on complex cross-border transactions with a diverse client base, collaborating with our corporate and financial markets teams worldwide.

Lead and assist in executing complex M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, as well as corporate commercial matters, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders.
Work closely with global teams to deliver seamless cross-border legal services.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including client networking and marketing efforts.
Operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law and M&A, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm.
Hands-on experience with high-profile deals is essential.
Comprehensive knowledge of Greater China's legal systems relevant to M&A, as well as a strong understanding of international legal principles governing cross-border transactions.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a strong advantage.
