Senior planning lawyer role within a national practice, based in Edinburgh. The team advises on land use and planning matters across public- and private-sector transactions, developments and regulatory matters.

The post offers day-to-day drafting, negotiations and client-facing advisory work on planning consents, development agreements and related property matters, with opportunities to lead files and mentor junior colleagues.

Experienced solicitor or equivalent with significant Scottish planning / land use experience
Proven track record advising on planning consents, development agreements and related real estate matters
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; able to lead matters and supervise junior team members
Good commercial judgment and the ability to work with public- and private-sector clients
