We are seeking a (Senior) Transaction Lawyer to join a dedicated Matter Optimisation team focused on real estate transactions. The role is available in Frankfurt or Munich and involves close collaboration with lawyers and partners throughout all phases of cross-border real estate deals.

You will take a leading role in transaction and project management, coordinating due diligence processes and applying AI-supported review and analysis tools. The position offers exposure to related areas such as corporate, banking, tax, and investment law, with direct client contact.

Working alongside a Legal Tech team, you will integrate technology solutions into mandate work and help develop and promote best practices for efficient legal service delivery. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of a specialised team within a large international law firm.

Qualification as a business lawyer (Wirtschaftsjurist) or an above-average LL.B. or LL.M. degree
First experience in real estate, corporate transactions, and/or due diligence
Strong interest in legal technology and AI applications, ideally with initial hands-on exposure to relevant tools
Fluency in German and English (negotiation level)
Confident, client-oriented manner with flexibility and a hands-on, team-focused approach
Structured and meticulous working style
