We are seeking a talented Solicitor to join our leading Medical Negligence team. This role can be based in one of our Southern or Welsh offices, and we support flexible working wherever possible.

As a key member of a Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked Clinical Negligence practice, you will manage your own caseload of litigated matters and assist senior colleagues on high-value, complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines, including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care.

You will play a vital role in supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives, delivering consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice while collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless, high-quality service.

2+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work
Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims
Ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice
Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases
Ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team
