Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a motivated associate with 2 to 4 years of litigation experience to join its State Attorneys General Practice. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to develop a sophisticated practice at the intersection of law, public policy, and government enforcement.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and responding to complex discovery requests. Experience with e-discovery tools and processes is preferred. Trial and oral argument experience are not required.
