Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a midlevel to senior associate with 4–8 years of experience to join its structured finance securitization practice. The team handles a dynamic range of transactions, including asset-backed securities, warehouse financings, and other structured finance matters. Ideal candidates bring strong academic credentials, sophisticated law firm and transactional experience, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

4–8 years of experience in structured finance and securitization (asset-backed securities, warehouse financing, and related transactions).
Strong academic credentials and top-tier law firm experience.
