Join a market-leading Structured & Project Finance team in Edinburgh advising on complex UK and cross-border energy and infrastructure financings. The role offers exposure to renewable generation, battery storage, interconnectors and other low‑carbon projects across development, financing, refinancing and operational phases.

You will work with lenders, sponsors and developers on high-value transactions, drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor arrangements and related project documentation. The team delivers full-service advice alongside construction, corporate and regulatory colleagues.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent jurisdictional qualification
4–6 years PQE in project / structured finance or energy & infrastructure finance
Proven experience drafting and negotiating finance and security documents (facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements, security documents)
Experience on renewable energy and low‑carbon infrastructure transactions; strong commercial judgement and client-facing skills
