Tax Associate — Palo Alto

Growing tax group in a major international law practice seeks associates from law school class years 2020 023 to join the Palo Alto office. The team works on cross-cutting tax issues across private equity, capital markets, fund formation and real estate matters.

Successful candidates will perform technical tax research and drafting, support transactional work, and collaborate closely with partners and clients. The group places strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and active client-facing work, including opportunities for public speaking and conference participation.

• Law school class years 2020 023
• Strong technical tax research and writing skills
• Experience on private equity M&A, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and/or real estate/REIT matters
• Outstanding analytical and oral communication skills
