Tax Associate (Real Estate) – Los Angeles

We are seeking associates to join a growing tax practice, focused on real estate matters including REITs. This is an opportunity to work on interesting, difficult, and often novel problems within a collaborative team.

The role requires strong technical grounding in tax law and research, paired with a genuine interest in real estate and REIT transactions.

Candidates should bring outstanding writing, oral communication, and analytical skills, along with top academic credentials and a creative approach to complex issues.

• Law school class year 2022 or above
• Class-year appropriate understanding of technical tax law and research abilities
