A national, full-service law firm is seeking Tax Attorneys with 2–5 years of experience for its Providence office. The role involves corporate and partnership tax work, federal and state tax controversy, and the preparation of transactional documents, with matters handled on a nationwide basis.

The position offers forward-facing client interaction and hands-on experience with hearings, depositions, and trials. The firm provides professional development and mentorship within a collaborative, collegial environment, along with strong platform stability.

2–5 years of tax experience
LLM in Taxation
Experience with corporate and partnership tax and federal/state tax controversy
Solid knowledge of preparing transactional documents
Licensed and admitted to practice in Rhode Island (additional jurisdictions a plus)

Exceptional academic credentials and organizational skills
