We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious lawyer (m/f/d) to support our tax practice group in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will be involved in structuring efficient corporate, financing, and investment frameworks, and will advise clients on complex national and international transactions. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients during tax audits, litigation before fiscal courts, and international dispute resolution, as well as advising on tax aspects of financing structures and products, VAT, transfer pricing, and tax-driven crisis management.
