Tax Lawyer / Tax Advisor (Structuring) — Berlin

Dedicated tax team in Berlin is seeking a qualified lawyer or tax advisor to join its structuring & restructuring practice. The role focuses on advising corporates and financial sponsors on tax-driven structuring, reorganisations and cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of advisory mandates, coordinate with transactional teams and support contentious tax matters where needed. The team offers a technically demanding practice with exposure to international tax issues.

• Admission as Rechtsanwalt or qualification as Steuerberater (or equivalent)
• Practical experience in tax structuring, reorganisations and cross-border tax planning
• Strong German language proficiency; English for international work
• Advisory experience with corporates, private equity or financial institutions preferred
• Excellent drafting and client-facing skills
