Leading international law firm is recruiting a Tax Partner to lead and grow its Dubai tax practice. The role focuses on providing senior-level tax advice across Middle East matters and developing a dedicated regional offering from the Dubai office.

The partner will work on a mix of advisory and transactional tax matters for corporate and private equity clients, build client relationships across the region, and help expand the team’s presence in the UAE market. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate and retain regional tax work is highly desirable.

Qualified tax lawyer or equivalent tax qualification with substantial Middle East/UAE experience
Established track record advising on corporate and transactional tax matters
Proven business development and client relationship skills; ability to bring or grow a portable tax practice
Experience leading teams and developing a regional tax offering from a Dubai base
