Tax Partner — Miami

Leading global law firm seeks a Tax Partner to join its Miami team. The role will focus on advising corporate and high‑net‑worth clients on a broad range of U.S. tax matters and cross‑border tax planning.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice and work closely with corporate and finance teams on structuring and tax‑efficient transactions. This is an opportunity to develop and lead client relationships within an established platform.

• Proven partner‑level tax experience advising on U.S. and cross‑border tax matters.
• Established, portable tax practice or demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate and transactional tax issues and excellent client‑facing skills.
• Track record of working collaboratively with corporate, finance and compliance teams.
