Technology Corporate Junior Associate

We are seeking a highly qualified 2025 graduate to join our Technology group as a Junior Associate. In this role, you will work on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters for technology companies, including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings.

Candidates should have experience both working in teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently. We value outstanding academic credentials, relevant law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly is required.

• Experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, M&A, and/or offerings
• Ability to work in teams and manage substantial components of transactions independently
• Outstanding academic credentials and relevant law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
