Join a well-established national practice as a toxic tort and environmental litigation attorney based in the San Francisco office. The team handles state, federal, and administrative litigation, including coordinated and multi-site matters, representing a broad range of defendants and insureds.

The role requires active participation in all phases of litigation—case management, discovery, motion practice, and dispute resolution—with opportunities to appear at hearings, take depositions, and participate in trials and arbitrations. The group is open to candidates with focused environmental experience as well as litigators from other sectors who have a strong interest in toxic tort and environmental work.

5–15 years of litigation experience, with substantial work in toxic tort, habitability, or environmental matters preferred
Strong legal research and writing skills
Experience with case management, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials or arbitrations
Admission to the California Bar required
