The post sits within a pensions/benefits-aligned team and will involve close collaboration with colleagues across pensions and business services. You will work on insurer-led master trust matters and support long-term institutional relationships.

- Qualified lawyer or legal executive with demonstrable trusts experience (contentious, quasi‑contentious or trustee advisory work).
- Experience dealing with discretionary/death‑in‑service trust matters or contentious probate welcomed.
- Confident exercising and advising on trustee discretion and resolving competing beneficiary claims.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear, defensible written decisions and advice.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams; comfortable supporting institutional clients.
