Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/f/d) to join its Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice group in Munich.

In this role, you will support the team in advising leading companies and financial institutions on significant disputes — before state courts, in arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as in regulatory investigations. You will collaborate on complex, high-profile cases within a global network, assisting with legal research, drafting memos and submissions, and preparing for hearings and trials.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, arbitration, and investigation matters
Conducting legal research and analysis
Drafting legal documents, memos, and correspondence
Assisting in case management and preparing for hearings

Profile:

Excellent academic record in law (state exam or equivalent)
Strong understanding of commercial and procedural law
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
High motivation, team spirit, and a proactive working style
Interest in dispute resolution and international matters
